Key Account Manager LATAM Region

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Grafton Recruitment Sp. z o.o. as we expand our presence in the LATAM region.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with experience in the medical device industry to leverage their skills and expertise to drive business growth and success.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for designated international markets, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare comprehensive sales proposals, conduct thorough sales analyses, and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Deliver product training to distributors or end-users in English, showcasing products and services effectively.
- Collaborate with customer service, production, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
- Represent the company at trade shows, product training sessions, international conferences, and business meetings, showcasing the company's offerings and expertise.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the medical device industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, demonstrating strong academic credentials.
- Excellent English language skills, with fluency in Spanish.
- Valid driver's license, enabling flexibility in travel and work arrangements.
- Willingness to travel internationally, exploring new markets and expanding the company's presence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in ERP systems being an advantage.
