Administration Specialist with Foreign Language

TN Poland seeks a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Specialist with Foreign Language to join our team in Warsaw. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients and business operations.

We are looking for a professional who is proficient in one of the following languages: Hungarian, German, Dutch, Romanian, French, Czech, Slovak, Italian, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish. If you have very good knowledge of MS Office, excellent organizational skills, and previous experience as Customer Service Specialist, Administration Specialist, Order Management Specialist, Logistics Specialist, Procurement Specialist, or Purchasing Specialist, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with our team to provide internal multi-functional support.
  • Contacting clients regarding orders, invoices, payments, shipments, deliveries.
  • Preparing e-documents and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in one of the above-mentioned foreign languages.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or related fields.
