Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Technical Remote Support Engineer- Senior Process Associate to join our Technical Services Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing front and back-office support to our customers, utilizing technical knowledge and tools to deliver exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide front and back-office support to customers, including connection to Level 2 and support for external and internal partners.
  • Implement and maintain internally specified KPIs.
  • Participate in the promotion of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote customer satisfaction and close cooperation with Level 2.
  • Use predefined technical tools and collaborate with all internal stakeholders.
  • Document and process tickets in our CRM system.
  • Comply with internal KDGs and internal/external SLAs.
  • Establish lean management thinking and improve knowledge in individual products.
  • Expand knowledge through continuous training to stay up-to-date on new changes or product launches.
Requirements:
  • Technical training or comparable relevant qualification.
  • Innovative open understanding of relevant topics.
  • Interest in Lean and Agile.
  • High understanding of our processes.
  • Open understanding of the activity in the service desk.
  • Understanding of the expectations of our external and internal partners.
  • Very good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Diverse attitude towards all employees and open communication culture.
  • International networking with all service desk colleagues.
  • Mastering and promoting company values.
Language Requirements:

Fluent in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.

Travel Requirements:

Less than 10% travel required.

Shift Requirement:

Regular business hours.
