We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth by attracting new clients in the IT outsourcing sector.
This role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and expanding services such as Smart Vehicle and Smart Terminal. The successful candidate will leverage sales expertise to secure new partnerships and contribute to long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing the main business, such as human resources outsourcing, project outsourcing, etc.
- Developing new customers, maintaining old customers, establishing good cooperative relationships, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Conducting business negotiations, signing contracts, coordinating communication, and solving problems in the cooperation process.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery for new clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, IT or related field or above; IT Service company background is preferred.
- Fluent English; preferable German and Chinese communication and reading and writing skills.
- More than 5 years of BD or related work experience, understand IT Service/Outsourcing industry information as well as legal implications of outsourcing in various countries, familiar with access process of major customers and suppliers, and local customer resources are preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills, stress resistance, and teamwork awareness.
- Ability to accept long-term on-site work in Europe, strong learning ability, strong adaptability, and the ability to complete tasks under pressure.
