About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Technical Support Engineer to join our Global Technical Support Team at Bentley Systems. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in providing excellent technical support and enabling successful user outcomes through proactive services.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance to users, partners, and colleagues in Bentley forums and communities. You will also be responsible for identifying consumption gaps in products and conveying user feedback to the product development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing technical assistance to users, partners, and colleagues via phone, email, and online chat support.
  • Identifying consumption gaps in products and conveying user feedback to the product development team.
  • Enabling successful user outcomes through proactive support.
  • Building strong relationships with users to become a trusted advisor.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have experience with CAD, modeling, rendering software, a degree in Geospatial technology, Geography/Cartography/GIS or Mechanical/Civil Engineering area, and knowledge of spatial database technology. You must also be fluent in English and German and have excellent communication skills.

In addition, you should have the ability to convey complex technical details, resolve technical issues via Community interactions, and possess strong technical writing skills to create high-quality knowledge content.
