**Customer Service Advisor - Norwegian Speaking**
This role involves handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to flight reservations, changes, and special requests. You will work closely with customers to provide excellent service and ensure their travel experience is smooth and enjoyable.
- Fluent in Norwegian (C1 level, spoken and written)
- Strong technical skills including MS Office, web browsers, and general computer proficiency
- Positive attitude with a passion for customer and colleague communication
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and chats in Norwegian, providing excellent customer service
- Advise customers on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services
- Manage reservation changes, personal data updates, and special service requests
Requirements:
- Fluent in Norwegian (C1 level, spoken and written)
- Proficient in English (B2 level)
- Strong technical skills including MS Office, web browsers, and general computer proficiency
- Positive attitude with a passion for customer and colleague communication
Training and Development:
- Fully paid 2-month training program with a dedicated training buddy
- Training conducted in English (Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:30) with upskilling opportunities after 3 months
Work Schedule:
- Shift work: 5 days a week, Monday - Friday (07:00 - 19:00); occasional weekend shifts (Saturday - Sunday, 09:00 - 18:00) twice a month
Relocation Package:
- Includes 2 weeks' accommodation in a hotel and covers transfer costs from the original city to Warsaw
