The Role: Global Account Strategist

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to manage and grow our most strategic global accounts in the EMEA region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to ensure profitability and retention of key accounts over time.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Pricing, Legal & Compliance, Integration, Operations, Technology, and Product.
  • Maintaining end-to-end ownership for assigned accounts.
  • Analyzing customer payment data to provide valuable market insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in Sales/Key Account Management B2B.
  • Background in e-payments, fintech, or ecommerce sector.
  • Proven track record in budget management, forecasting, pricing, and account profitability reviews.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities in highly competitive markets.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
