Graduate Engineer, Poland Sales Department

This is a technical and sales program rotating around the Poland sales departments, focusing on developing business value propositions and engineered solutions for customers.

As a Graduate Engineer in our Poland, Baltic & Ukraine organization, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced managers and engineers, develop your technical and product skills, and contribute to the sales strategy and qualification process.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored business value propositions.
  • Conduct local market analysis to identify customer requirements and business behaviors.
  • Build quotations based on engineered solutions and present them to customers, including pricing and commercial terms.
  • Work with Field Sales Engineers and Account Managers to follow up on quotations and turn them into orders.
  • Actively participate in the sales strategy and qualification process, integrating our market offering and representing the customer's voice.

Requirements:

  • Technical University degree (or final year of studies graduating in [latest]).
  • IT literacy and experience in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • English & Polish language skills, with Russian, Ukrainian, or other Eastern European languages being an asset.
  • Passion and drive to excel in your field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest and experience in automation hardware and software, I&C, and processes.
  • Knowledge of other European languages.
  • Technical background.
