We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery & Customer Care Specialist to join our dynamic team at Lexmotion Law Firm. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our international clients.

About the Role:
  • Ownership of the entire service cycle and smooth delivery to our international clients, including planning, organizing, controlling, and monitoring all necessary operations related to the EU/Polish citizenship procedure.
  • Prepare applications for Polish citizenship and registration of Polish vital records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Help evaluate and analyze foreign documents and other pertinent data, providing expert insights to support our clients' goals.
  • Manage correspondence with clients and provide support to our Associates and Specialists, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Establish stable and efficient cooperation with clerks and public institutions, streamlining our operations and enhancing our reputation.
  • Proactively seek team's input and enjoy bouncing ideas off of each other, promoting collaboration and innovation.
  • Manage both volume and complex cases, utilizing your analytical skills and problem-solving expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Mentor team members on adopting a 'client-in-the-center' approach, empowering them to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.
Requirements:

  • Effective customer service knowledge or equivalent experience, demonstrated through your ability to empathize with clients and tailor your approach to meet their needs.
  • Proactive communication skills for identifying opportunities and suggesting improvements to both clients and within our Lexmotion business, showcasing your creativity and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and fulfill commitments responsibly, managing multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills (C1/C2 level), allowing you to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
  • Capacity to give and receive constructive feedback, embracing continuous learning and improvement.
  • Effective usage of business tools such as CRM, Asana, Miro, and others, leveraging technology to enhance our operations and client experience.
