Customer Service Representative for EU Citizenship Services

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team at Lexmotion Law Firm. Our team helps people from all over the world claim their EU Polish citizenship based on their Polish roots, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for knowledge, teamwork, and customer care.

The ideal candidate will have initial experience working with B2C customers, preferably in sales, and will be proficient in English (C1/C2 level) and Polish. They will work proactively, prioritize tasks independently, and be eager to use business tools such as CRM, Asana, and Miro.

The Sales and Customer Service Associate will be responsible for taking care of the sales process for our international clients, including the initial qualification of leads for legal services and the sale of services. They will also be responsible for verifying documents required to confirm Polish citizenship, selling the service, and cross-selling.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Qualifying inbound sales leads
  • Verifying documents required to confirm Polish citizenship
  • Selling the service, including selection and presentation of the offer, answering additional questions, and closing the sale and cross-selling
  • Proactively seeking the team's input and enjoying bouncing ideas off of each other
  • Mentoring team members on adopting a "client-in-the-center" approach
  • Actively seeking input from team members and fostering collaborative idea-sharing
  • Overseeing the management and improvement of CRM and other business tools and processes
