We are seeking an experienced and proactive Service Delivery & Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Krakow, Poland. This role involves planning, organizing, controlling, and monitoring all necessary operations related to the EU/Polish citizenship procedure.

About You
  • You have effective customer service knowledge or equivalent experience, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and fulfill commitments responsibly.
  • Your excellent verbal and written English skills (C1/C2 level) enable you to communicate seamlessly with international clients and colleagues.
  • You possess a proactive communication style for identifying opportunities and suggesting improvements, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare applications for Polish citizenship and registration of Polish vital records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Analyze foreign documents and pertinent data to facilitate smooth case progression.
  • Manage client correspondence, providing exceptional support to associates and specialists.
  • Establish stable and efficient cooperation with clerks and public institutions.
  • Mentor team members on adopting a client-centric approach, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the management and improvement of CRM and other business tools and processes.
