Job Description

You will support customers via JIRA-Ticket System with a strong emphasis on understanding their needs. Your tasks include answering customer requests and helping solve problems, providing technical solutions, effectively translating customer needs/issues into solutions, and receiving and transferring feedback about issues, requests, and ideas for improvements.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for escalating complex technical issues and providing expert-level support to our clients.

Further development possibilities include project management and execution of time-critical projects and implementations, being the point of contact for technical issues for staff and clients, assisting our publishing clients with technical onboarding/advertising integrations, overseeing daily operations, monitoring of daily operations, and assisting management with administrative tasks.

Your Skills

Key qualifications for this position include German B2-C2 level, 4-6 years of work experience in the customer support area, very good communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, extensive experience with HTML/CSS, experience with ticket systems, and a passion for technology.
