HAYS POLAND Sp. z o.o. is seeking a talented Global Customer Care Associate with Fluent English to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via email, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information about our services and addressing customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels, continuously improving customer service skills and knowledge of our services.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in SSC industry, with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with proficiency in using email and customer service software.
