Customer Service Representative with Foreign Language Skills

At Goldman Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist with foreign language expertise to join our team in Kraków. This role is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic and communicative individuals to grow professionally and contribute to a dynamic work environment that emphasizes customer satisfaction and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle and respond to business inquiries and incoming calls, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
- Utilize available resources to address customer questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, online platforms, incentives, and terms and conditions.
- Process customer requests and maintain data accuracy by regularly updating our database.
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions in our ticketing system.
- Support the deployment and adoption of new IT solutions within the team.
- Develop and propose innovative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
- Collaborate with and support team members to help them build their skills and capabilities.
- Contribute to cross-departmental projects, extending beyond regular duties.
Requirements:
- Proficient English (minimum B2),
- Fluent proficiency in one of the following languages: Slovenian, Bulgarian, Romanian, or Danish (C1) - mandatory,
- Another European language at a fluent level (C1) - mandatory,
- Enthusiastic and communicative approach,
- Willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities,
- Strong teamwork skills with a focus on internal and external customers.
