Job Description

The NielsenIQ Connect Partner Network (NPN) is a curated marketplace that brings together partners within an open ecosystem to provide clients with complementary data sets and services. This network removes the burdensome barriers of sharing data, enabling clients to shift from managing data to doing things with it. By connecting their data, clients can measure, analyze, and decide faster and smarter than ever before.

The Data Delivery Manager will be accountable for managing data delivery for new and existing connected partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and facilitate the end-to-end partner data enablement and delivery process, including:
    • Partner setup, delivery, and maintenance, including identifying suitable solutions to meet partner needs and gathering requirements
    • Data order execution, including extracting order forms, API setup, order management, and other related tasks
    • Tracking and reporting key metrics, such as quality escapes, cycle time, and other performance indicators
    • Issue management, including data inquiries, API issues, extract issues, and other technical concerns
    • Collaborating with potential and existing partners to explain NielsenIQ data assets
    • Understanding and utilizing the NPN CRM system
    • Performing administrative and project tasks as assigned
  • Demonstrating proficiency in root cause analysis, understanding KPIs, and all RMS Operations processes
  • Proficiency in using Connect, AOD, Discover, CIP/SFF extracts, and other NielsenIQ internal tools to pull data and answer partner questions
  • Serving as a liaison between external partners and internal departments
  • Building collaborative working relationships with external partners and internal departments
  • Proactively identifying and troubleshooting any issues with data creation, delivery, or partner access and working to resolve them in a timely manner
  • Participating in the core NPN team that defines processes for the US and other markets
  • Identifying and driving opportunities for improvement across the team and processes
Requirements
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate information clearly and precisely across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to drive cross-functional alignment among partner relationship managers, operations, technology, deployment, and client service teams to provide a positive and streamlined experience for partners
  • Ability to represent NielsenIQ well to partners and develop good working relationships
  • Ability to negotiate priorities with operations delivery teams
  • Proficiency in using Connect, AOD, and CIP/SFF extracts to pull data and answer partner questions
  • Demonstrated proficiency in root cause analysis, understanding KPIs, and all RMS Operations processes
  • Pride in and ability to deliver against commitments

Background and Technical Skills
  • 1-3 years of previous professional working experience
  • Knowledge of RMS and CPS data assets
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, written, and communication skills
  • Flexibility with changing needs, comfort with unknowns, and limited direction
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and influence multiple departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
