We are looking for a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at TN Poland. As a key member of our technical account management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their technical needs are met and that they receive the best possible experience with our services.

As a Technical Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to build relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and working closely with them to ensure they achieve maximum value from our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to determine delivery criteria and solutions for emerging issues
  • Develop and implement customized plans to meet client needs and goals

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
