We're seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our People Services and Technology team. This full-time office-based role may be located in Riga or Warsaw. The successful candidate will contribute to global Compensation and Benefits practice development and implementation.

  • To support people managers with queries on job descriptions, job titles, and compensation.
  • To communicate Compensation and Benefits programs to stakeholders, educating the wider audience.
  • To participate in market surveys and monitor market trends / developments in the Compensation and Benefits area.
  • To engage HR teams in Compensation and Benefits related projects.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3 years of experience supporting Human Resources processes in an international environment.
  • Experience with Compensation and Benefits processes (job matching and salary benchmarking, employee benefits management) is advantageous.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Proven analytical and reporting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relevant field.
