Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales and Operations Manager to drive sales growth in Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing a small team, and building strong relationships with key clients and distributors.

As a hands-on leader, you will oversee sales performance, market research, and operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. You will also support and enhance sales via our direct-to-consumer online channel.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Manage, motivate, and support a small team to ensure growth.
  3. Build strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and marketplaces.
  4. Oversee sales performance, market research, and operational efficiency.
  5. Support and enhance sales via our direct-to-consumer online channel.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the optical equipment or technology sector. You should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and analytical abilities, and proficiency in CRM software. Fluency in English and Polish is a must.
