Responsibilities

  • Support airline customers with reservations, changes, and tickets.
  • Resolve travel-related inquiries and challenges.
  • Create a positive atmosphere and build relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • Italian language skills at B2 level as primary communication language with customers.
  • English language skills at B2 level for system usage.
  • Good computer skills for working with reservation systems.
