Job Description

CyberArk seeks a result-driven and collaborative Sales Manager Regional, reporting to the Regional Area VP Central & East Europe. The ideal candidate will lead our team of Account Executives to drive sales growth across Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Ukraine, and the Baltic countries from our Warsaw office.

This leadership position requires creating a common vision and execution framework for the team and driving high growth and success. As a Sales Manager Regional, you are expected to foster an inclusive work environment, lead by example, and promote behaviors aligned with CyberArk's Culture and values.

This is a hands-on sales leadership role that demands building and maintaining trusted relationships with customers and partners. You must have a strong territory coverage skillset and create and execute against a business plan that defines account, territory, and potential revenue clearly.

You will be expected to be a strong team player, working closely and collaboratively with regional functional leaders and developing influential relationships with the channel ecosystem within the region.

  • Create and execute the sales strategy for Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Ukraine, and the Baltic countries in collaboration with the Area VP.
  • Lead and coach the Account Executive team through agreeing and planning the right coverage model and KPIs within the assigned territory to achieve sales objectives.
  • Manage by influence the extended go-to-market team to achieve individual and team quotas within the respective territory.
  • Develop effective account planning to deliver maximum revenue through strategic partnering with functions such as Customer Success, Pre and post-sales, and Marketing Teams.
  • Drive strategic/large deals to exceed revenue targets through building relationships with C-level contacts in dedicated enterprise accounts.
  • Grow and maintain effective business relationships within CyberArk to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales organization.
  • Be the thought leader for the East Europe market through developing and communicating insights to better serve the region.
  • Ensure effective training and use of tools and data like SFDC for account planning, contact information, opportunity management, forecasting, and win/loss analysis.
  • Ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team in strategies to drive closure rates.
  • Conduct weekly revenue forecast meetings with the Account Executives and track key productivity metrics.
