Sales Manager for Isocyanates and Polyols in Poland and Eastern Europe

Join the Monomers Division at BASF, a global leader in developing and producing high-quality basic chemicals and inorganic specialties.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our isocyanate and polyol portfolio sales efforts in Poland and Eastern Europe. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing business strategies, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary contact for customers on all commercial and technical matters related to our product portfolio.
  • Develop business in line with divisional strategy and operational guidelines.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and negotiate contracts with customers.
  • Promote new products launched by BASF within your responsibility area and work towards increasing market share of our products.
  • Analyze market trends, customers, and competitors using CRM tools to gain valuable market insights.

Requirements:

  • University degree in economics, chemistry, or a technical science.
  • Knowledge of polyurethane technology and market.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant commercial experience in commodity sales.
  • A high degree of willingness to travel within your responsible sales region.
