We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout Central Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive customer support, from order management to delivery and post-sales services
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and business partners through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, such as Sales, Logistics, and Finance, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services, as well as relevant market trends
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of new procedures and best practices

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar Customer Service position, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Detailed understanding of customer service principles and practices, including conflict resolution and negotiation techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in SAP or other customer relationship management systems
