As a long-established international company producing and exporting upholstered furniture, our client has over 700 employees and a rich history spanning half a century.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and developing sales volume on markets in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, as part of the main growth strategy.
This includes:
- Maintaining and expanding the current customer portfolio
- Actively acquiring new customers
- Developing long-term business relationships with clients
To achieve this, the Sales Agent EEC will participate in market strategy development, engage in active sales to furniture stores and retail chains, attend fairs, and conduct regular visits to customer premises.
Additionally, they will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on market development status, ensuring alignment with the turnover's development strategy for the given area.
In order to succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- Background in EU sales in a production company
- Proven sales experience in a B2B model
- Knowledge about European markets specific to the industry
- A continuous improvement approach
- Self-driven personality
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Business fluency in English, with other languages being an asset
- A valid driving license
