About the Role:
- We are looking for a skilled frontend developer with expertise in technologies like Javascript (vanilla and frameworks), Html, CSS, and experience with website, portals, intranets, and CMS.
- The ideal candidate will have strong coding skills, be hands-on, and possess excellent communication skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles, managing stakeholders, planning, designing, and building high-quality websites or applications is essential.
- The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, analytical capabilities, and proficiency in gathering and writing technical specifications.
- Fluent English and Polish language skills are required.
- Nice to have: Experience working in a client-facing role in consulting or digital agencies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure overall technical delivery of projects meets budget, timeline, quality, and scope requirements.
- Obtain buy-in from development teams and stakeholders for proposed solutions.
- Maintain adherence to best development practices.
- Provide accurate estimates on tickets.
- Mentor and guide peer developers.
- Cultivate a strong partnership with the Agile Project Manager.
- Deliver project work to the client's satisfaction.
- Continuously evaluate and validate technical assumptions.
- Offer feedback to the Development Manager on areas for training and professional development for developers.
