Job Summary:We are seeking a Junior Technical Remote Support Engineer to join our Technical Services Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing front and back-office support to our customers, using technical knowledge and tools to provide the best support possible.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Collaborate with Level 2 teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Implement and maintain internal KPIs to ensure high-quality support
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our services
- Document and process tickets in our CRM system
- Comply with internal KDGs and internal/external SLAs
- Expand knowledge through continuous training to stay up-to-date on new changes or product launches
- Technical training or relevant qualification
- Good technical understanding and problem-solving skills
- Innovative approach to technical topics
- Interest in Lean and Agile methodologies
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Fluent in English and French, both verbal and written
