Customer Service Assistant with Swedish

ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
  • zarządzanie procesem zamówieniami od klienta (wpisywanie do systemu, wprowadzanie zmian, odpowiadanie na zapytania, monitorowanie statusu zamówień, sprawdzanie rozliczeń, przekierowywanie innych zapytań do odpowiednich działów)
  • zapewnienie bardzo dobrej jakości obsługi klienta (tylko klienci biznesowi) przez skuteczną komunikację i odpowiedzi (głównie maile)
  • rozpatrywanie ewentualnych skarg, reklamacji, zwrotów

WYMAGANIA:
  • minimum 1-2 lata doświadczenia w obsłudze klienta, najlepiej w strukturach SSC/BPO
  • biegła znajomość języka angielskiego (C1) oraz szwedzkiego (B1+/B2)
  • proaktywne podejście do klienta, samodzielność
  • bardzo mile widziane doświadczenie w pracy w systemie SAP
  • bardzo dobra obsługa komputera, pakietu Office
  • wykształcenie min licencjat
