Administrative Assistant in the Accounting Department

location: Wrocław (hybrid, reemote two days in a month)

Your role and main tasks

  • Assisting with formal matters related to the input of contracts, invoices, and contractor data into the system.
  • Email and telephone communication with other departments within the company to resolve discrepancies.
  • Issuing invoices and fiscalizing sales.
  • Participation in the debt collection process.
  • Handling accounting software and entering data into the system.
  • Preparing accounting reports and documents.
  • Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure proper circulation of documents and data.
  • Monitoring payment deadlines and sending reminders for overdue payments.
  • Archiving accounting documents and maintaining order in documentation.


You will need

  • Minimum secondary education, preferably in a field related to accounting or administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a position related to administration or accounting.
  • Good command of the English language in both spoken and written form.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of accounting software.
  • Accuracy, good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a precise manner.
  • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective time and task management skills, ability to work under high workload conditions.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve problems. Initiative in improving one's skills.
  • Proficiency in operating office equipment.
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
