Account Director

Zadania:
- budowanie biznesowej i strategicznej współpracy z klientem
- zarządzanie pracą i wsparcie merytoryczne zespołu accounckiego
- odpowiedzialność za budżet: prognozowanie i raportowanie przychodów, przygotowanie i negocjowanie kosztorysów, kontrola i optymalizacja kosztów
- nadzór merytoryczny i kontrola jakości oraz rentowności realizowanych projektów
- ścisła współpraca z pozostałymi działami agencji: kreacją, strategią, produkcją
Wymagania:
- min. 5 lat doświadczenia w pracy w agencji reklamowej specjalizującej się w obsłudze retail marketingowej lub agencji 360°
- minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w zarządzaniu zespołem
- umiejętność budowania relacji z klientami i współpracownikami na różnych poziomach organizacji
- umiejętność zarządzania wieloma projektami jednocześnie
- rozumienie biznesu klientów i agencji
- znajomość języka angielskiego pozwalająca na swobodną komunikację biznesową
- zainteresowanie designem i kreatywnym wykorzystaniem nowych technologii
