Account Development Director

We are seeking an Account Development Director to join our team at Publicis Le Pont. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success.
Estimated SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is between €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities- You will work closely with clients to receive and analyze briefing requests, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Your expertise will be utilized to build project timing plans and estimates, as well as guide clients and their teams through the production process.
- You will be responsible for soliciting client feedback and communicating potential areas of improvement to management.
- Additionally, you will coordinate project budgets, creating cost estimates and coordinating invoicing processes with the finance department.
- Establishing strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners will be crucial to your success in this role.

- Knowledge and experience with video, digital, and print production processes and techniques are essential.
- A strong self-starter mentality, paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to thrive in this role.

- Fluency in business English, both written and spoken, is required.
