Business Development Manager (sektor morski i offshore)

Obowiązki
Rozwój nowych obszarów biznesowych oraz identyfikacja potencjalnych klientów w sektorze morskim i offshore (głównie armatorzy i stocznie) Budowanie oraz utrzymywanie długofalowych relacji z kluczowymi klientami oraz partnerami branżowymi Analiza potrzeb rynku i trendów, a także monitorowanie działań konkurencji Przygotowywanie i negocjowanie ofert handlowych oraz kontraktów Odpowiedzialność za realizację celów sprzedażowych i finansowych w zakresie powierzonych projektów Aktywne reprezentowanie firmy na targach branżowych, konferencjach oraz spotkaniach z klientami
Wymagania
- min 2-3 lata doświadczenia w branży morskiej lub jachtowej na stanowisko zakupowym lub sprzedażowym z aktywnym wychodzeniem do klienta
- bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego - poziom C1
- gotowość do podróży służbowych na terenie całego świata (50% czasu pracy)
- bardzo dobre umiejętności negocjacyjne, sprzedażowe, zakupowe, interpersonalne
- proaktywność, samodzielność, własna inicjatywa
- umiejętność finalizacji kontraktów i pracy na celach
- prawo jazdy kat B
