Belmont Lavan Ltd is looking for a dedicated Administrative Project Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support various project management activities, ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently. You will be an integral part of our operations, helping to coordinate tasks and communications among team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, organizing project documentation, and facilitating communication between teams.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of project reports, financial tracking, and resource management.
  • Maintain project timelines and help ensure project deliverables are met on time.
  • Coordinate project-related meetings, capturing action items and follow-ups.
  • Utilize project management tools and software to track progress and report on project status.
  • Support the team in ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall project efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, especially within project environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptable to changing project demands.
  • Previous experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
