A Carrier Operations Rep works in partnership with or under the guidance of a specific experienced Carrier Sales Rep/Team within North America to assist with operations tied to the coverage of freight, carrier lead generation, and other tasks that help support the growth and efficiency of our NA Carrier Network. The job of a GCO rep is to assist the NA Carrier Sales team in helping to manage new and existing carrier relationships, perform daily operational tasks such as tracking and incident resolution, and expand Coyote’s digital footprint within our network of carriers. A Carrier Operations Rep should thrive in an operational role, be proactive and proficient at problem solving, practice effective communication skills, and display a positive attitude at work.
Daily Tasks & Responsibilities:
Support NA Carrier Sales Reps/Teams in supporting the growth of existing carriers’ book of business through the assistance of core daily operations such as tracking, incident resolution, and beyond Promote Coyote technology to new & existing carriers at every opportunity (Coyote.com, Coyote GO and SMART technology) Assist with call-in lines for load updates/escalations Assist with dispatching carriers and tracking freight for your Sales Rep/Team to ensure on-time PU and DEL and communicate all updates or delays Update and resolve incidents when possible and escalate any compliance issues Assist in making sure receipts, invoices, and PODs are submitted in a timely manner or uploaded on Coyote GO or Coyote.com Effectively communicate with internal and external contacts in a professional mannerEssential Skills, Characteristics & Experience:
