В этой роли ты будешь:
- Анализировать эффективность текущих стратегий продаж;
- Участвовать в переговорах по сложным сделкам, поддерживать BDM в доведении клиентов до контракта;
- Вести переговоры на всех этапах сделки – выявлять потребности лидов, их перспективность, презентовать агентство и грамотно продавать услуги, устранять возражения и доводить их до сделки;
- Развивать стратегии upsell и cross-sell для увеличения среднего чека и LTV клиентов;
- Оптимизировать работу CRM, автоматизацию процессов, анализировать отчетность;
- Разрабатывать и внедрять новые outbound-стратегии (LinkedIn, email-кампании и др.);
- Работать с маркетологом над улучшением качества входящих лидов;
- Разрабатывать стратегии работы с лидами для сокращения времени обработки и улучшения квалификации;
- Анализировать воронку продаж и ключевые метрики для выявления инсайтов для роста, выявлять точки роста и предлагать улучшения.
Минимальные требования:
- Опыт работы в аналогичной должности от двух лет;
- Опыт в B2B продажах на международном рынке;
- Сильные аналитические навыки;
- Опыт в оптимизации и улучшении процессов sales отдела.
