Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate sales and handle objections during customer interactions.
  • Recommend product knowledge to customers to close sales.
  • Build a healthy sales pipeline and achieve main targets.
  • Support customers from small businesses to C-Level contacts.
  • Stay up-to-date on technology trends.
Requirements:
  • Prospecting, account development, negotiation, and closing deals experience.
  • Partnership and communication skills with high-level decision makers.
  • Understanding of cloud-based software.
  • Exceptional bilingual communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and issue-resolution skills.
  • Residency or relocation to the Krakow area.

About Your Role:

We'll train you to be a subject matter expert, providing exceptional service through voice, chat, or email interactions. You'll have a caring and supportive nature, shine through as you help customers, and make great new friends within the TTEC community.

You'll report to the Operations Sales Manager and contribute to customer experience and team success.
