EMEA Project Management Office Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA PMO Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, prioritization, resourcing, and management of the site project portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project/Program Management: Manage key initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing processes; develop and implement project plans; build team ownership and commitment to project plans.
- People Management: Manage medium-sized cross-functional development teams; lead teams effectively; provide input to functional managers on team and team member performance.
- Site PMO/Project Portfolio management: Oversee development, prioritization, resourcing, and status/tracking of site cross-functional programs.
- Communications and Reviews: Responsible for team and cross-functional communications; liaison between the team and the PIB; lead phase and business reviews, project meeting minutes, issues log, metrics, and other key communications.
Requirements:
- In all actions, demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
- Assure that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.
- Establish and promote a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.
