Solution Sales Specialist

At Promise Group, we're on a mission to empower businesses to achieve their full potential through innovative technology solutions. As a Solution Sales Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving digital transformation and delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Execution: Engage with customers to understand their business needs and introduce digital transformation opportunities.
- Develop Strategies: Close strategic end-to-end sales opportunities and prepare product presentations, including webinars.
- Present and Demonstrate: Showcase the value of Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Defender family, Microsoft Sentinel, and Copilot for Security.
- Collaborate and Lead: Work with internal stakeholders and partners to plan and execute sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery: Sell and deliver solutions with Service Delivery and Account Managers.
- Build Relationships: Establish strong relationships with decision-makers and ensure alignment with customer priorities.
- Collaborate with Microsoft: Work with Microsoft representatives to deliver joint value to customers.
- Negotiate and Finalize: Negotiate commercial terms and finalize sales agreements.
- Subject Matter Expert: Share best practices and competitive knowledge in your solution area.
- Envision Company Offering: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's offering in the Security area.
- Lead Technical Discussions: Lead technical demonstrations and discussions to prove the capabilities of Microsoft solutions.
- Address Technical Objections: Address technical objections and guide customers through solution implementation.
- Manage Pipeline: Manage pipeline and forecast accuracy.
- Complete Training: Complete required training and obtain relevant product and role certifications.
- Participate in Account Planning: Participate in account planning and business analysis to identify high-potential customers.
