About the Job:As RGM Country Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying performance opportunities and overcoming barriers to achieve top-line and bottom-line growth. You'll work closely with commercial, finance, and marketing teams to establish category and portfolio strategies that meet our Northern Europe strategic agenda.
Key Accountabilities:- Develop and execute a commercial plan to deliver the Country AOP in line with category, portfolio, brand, and commercial strategy.
- Lead the O&R process for your market remit to deliver the AOP across all channels.
- Measure performance against goals and identify and implement strategies to improve our performance.
- Partner with commercial finance, innovation, consumer marketing, shopper marketing, and category management to optimize trade spend/A&P allocation.
About You:
We're looking for a talented individual with significant relevant commercial & marketing experience. You should have project management, analytical, and core selling skills, as well as the ability to build powerful relationships and work collaboratively within a team.
