About the Job:

As RGM Country Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying performance opportunities and overcoming barriers to achieve top-line and bottom-line growth. You'll work closely with commercial, finance, and marketing teams to establish category and portfolio strategies that meet our Northern Europe strategic agenda.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Develop and execute a commercial plan to deliver the Country AOP in line with category, portfolio, brand, and commercial strategy.
  2. Lead the O&R process for your market remit to deliver the AOP across all channels.
  3. Measure performance against goals and identify and implement strategies to improve our performance.
  4. Partner with commercial finance, innovation, consumer marketing, shopper marketing, and category management to optimize trade spend/A&P allocation.

About You:

We're looking for a talented individual with significant relevant commercial & marketing experience. You should have project management, analytical, and core selling skills, as well as the ability to build powerful relationships and work collaboratively within a team.
