Commercial Growth Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the Go-to-Market strategy of EGS in the region and leading broad commercialization initiatives including establishing go to market approach for products and driving commercial plans to ensure success. You will act as an expert, advocate and champion for EGS to internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Engaging with senior executives internally with Digital, Acceptance, Services and externally across Banks, FinTechs, Merchants, PSPs and Partners.
- Overseeing the teams' input and validations on idea generation, concept validation, and business case development or existing product enhancements and new product development.
Requirements
- Demonstrating strong executive presence, strategic and creative mindset with ability to influence stakeholders within matrix and cross functional organizations, at Executive level.
- Having fluency in a European Language would be advantageous.
