Job DescriptionAs a Group Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in growing distribution of our product portfolio in modern trade channels. You will be responsible for managing subordinate sales teams, executing distribution strategies, and monitoring the execution of our brand activities on the market.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute plans to achieve sales and profitability growth targets.
- Monitor and report on the execution of our brand activities on the market.
- Lead the business planning process for your area of responsibility and implement company strategies and guidelines.
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue them.
- Implement a marketing strategy to retailers and communicate new product launches and relaunches to customers.
- Be responsible for forecasting goods and ensuring proper product availability.
- Negotiate commercial terms and annual agreements.
- Analyze customer data to understand category development, sales performance, and margins.
- Maintain active contacts with internal decision-makers at customers to deliver business objectives.
- Implement category management rules to grow customer P&L.
- Monitor stock levels, account receivables, and competitors' activities.
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, and Demand Planning to achieve profitable business at the customer level.
- Execute merchandising and visibility standards for Edgewell products.
- Foster a high-performance customer-centric team focused on customer management and excellent in-store execution.
