Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive base salary of €2,150 (approximately 8,500 PLN gross per month), taking into account the location and the requirements of the role.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our Cross Border Talents team in the healthcare sector. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients across pharmaceutical and dermatological services.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with precise advice, addressing their health-related inquiries, and ensuring they receive optimal solutions tailored to their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively in Portuguese and Spanish is crucial, as you will serve a diverse client base across these language regions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert customer support and consultation on healthcare products and services via phone, email, and chat, utilizing your Portuguese and Spanish language skills.
  • Respond to customer queries related to pharmaceutical products and treatments, offering clear, reliable, and professional guidance.
  • Engage in proactive problem-solving, assisting clients with their health-related issues and ensuring their satisfaction with the solutions provided.
  • Foster and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and personalized care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Dermatology, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or other related fields.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or advisory role, ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish (C2 level), with strong English skills (B2 level).
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • A passion for healthcare and a desire to stay updated with medical advancements and practices.
