About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers and channel partners, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead complex sales negotiations and develop value propositions to drive business growth.
  • Support assigned customers in sales activities and provide assistance in identifying new opportunities.
  • Advise, coach, and assist sales channels in their sales pursuit activities.
  • Monitor sales metrics and implement actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of sales management experience in the automotive industry or related field.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize data from various sources.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Fluent in English language.
Education and Travel

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a similar field.

75% travel requirement.
