About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in the TS team, focusing on transactional processes. You will process customer service requests, internal service requests, and other inquiries, handle customer direct parts requests, and dispatch engineers on customers and internal demands.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process customer service requests, internal service requests, and other inquiries.
  2. Handle customer direct parts requests, including ordering and invoicing.
  3. Dispatch engineers on customers and internal demands.
  4. Maintain high data integrity with the Installed Base data in CRM, including connections to other systems.
  5. Setup and renew service contracts, including creation and maintenance of PM plans.
  6. Maintain service contracts billing plans and invoicing in ERP system.
  7. Manage master data in ERP and CRM, including material configuration, extension, pricing, etc.
  8. Manage spare parts orders and receiving in collaboration with engineers and warehouse.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
  • High level of customer and solution orientation.
  • Previous experience working in back-office administration area.
  • Proficiency in English and Russian.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, experience with SAP or Salesforce.
  • Master data management in ERP and CRM.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in fast-paced project environment.
