Key Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for office visitors, clients, and associates;
  • Supporting the Office Service Coordinator and Regional Facilities Manager with general office administration, supply management, and office projects related to the Facilities function;
  • Coordinating and organizing meetings, events, and appointments for all groups within the office, as requested;
  • Managing incoming invoices and supporting local invoice flow under direction;

In addition, the successful candidate will develop strong relationships with service vendors and landlords to ensure efficient maintenance of the building, grounds, and consistently high standards.
