Inbound Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage inbound sales inquiries, identifying potential customers and preparing custom offers.
  • Work on opportunities/leads in Hubspot, presenting weekly reports to the supervisor, and identifying opportunities for product specialist teams to increase deal size.
  • Conduct demo calls to convert potential clients into deals and contracts, and manage a list of existing customers to upsell and cross-sell.
Requirements:
  • 1.5+ years of successful values-based sales experience, with skills in prospecting and qualifying B2B decision makers.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques, including BANT, sales funnel, and pipeline management.
  • Sound understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling approach, with a prior IT sales background and understanding of PaaS sales a plus.
  • HubSpot experience and native Polish and business English language skills are also beneficial.
