Responsibilities

Main Tasks and Deliverables
  • Drive team performance and motivate team members to deliver exceptional results
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build strong business relationships
  • Provide timely resolutions to customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Utilize SAP to streamline order processing and improve efficiency

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles (min. 2 years in people management)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of SAP is an asset
  • Fluency in English and one additional language: Dutch, German, or French
