Your Day-to-Day Work

You will be reporting to the Global Head of People Success Team and serving as an essential resource for the People Success Team and employees across our campuses. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing global HR systems, including updating and maintaining employee data and processes in the HRMS.
  • Supporting the implementation of different workflows in the HRMS.
  • Assisting with building processes within the HRMS.
  • Helping with collecting data and creating reports.
  • Maintaining order in company files.
  • Digitizing, updating, and storing employment contracts and other legal documents.
  • Updating local company documents as needed in coordination with appropriate Centers of Excellence.
  • Participating and contributing to team initiatives as appropriate.
About You

We are looking for a detail-oriented and project management-skilled individual who is a service-minded person, reliable, clever, and able to work independently. You should be a bright, proactive person, interested in what we're doing and willing to learn and grow with us over the years.

Our Offer

We offer a full-time employment contract, starting compensation of 7000 zł gross, private medical care, city transportation card, access to my-benefit platform, PPK (optional), and an allocated budget for training.
