About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at HCLTech.

">

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical support and network administration, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing user accounts, creating and administering LAN accounts, global groups, email accounts, and shared resources.

">

You will also work on standardizing network resources, setting up servers, and granting permissions as per client requirements.

Additionally, you will ensure customers have access to the necessary tools to support their business efficiently and perform system administrator tasks for user account maintenance and incident management systems.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

• 2-3+ years of help desk/desk side, customer service, and support experience; experience with solving hardware related problems

">

• MCP/MCSE/MCSA preferred

">

• ITIL knowledge especially on Service Desk, Incident, Problem, and Change Management preferred
