We're looking for a Technical Support Specialist with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware/software/network problem diagnosis/resolution via telephone or email for customers' end users.
- Rout problems to internal support groups.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors and work closely with support staff to obtain technical knowledge.
- Administer and provide User Access in various systems.
- Document and manage problems, work requests, and their respective resolutions and circumventions using our Call Tracking System.
Requirements:
- An understanding of the IT environment and readiness to learn new processes and technologies.
- A good working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Internet browsers, Antivirus and Firewall software, PC hardware.
- ITIL knowledge would be an asset.
- Availability to work shifts.
- Language Proficiency in English (minimum B1+) and Greek at a minimum B2 level.
