Technical Support Specialist - Application Expert

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a Senior Technical Support Engineer at AVSystem, you will provide application support to our customers, working closely with internal teams and customers to deliver high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in similar positions, with a strong understanding of networking protocols and Linux system administration. You will be responsible for managing customer issues related to the configuration and integration of our Unified Management Platform (UMP) application.

Your primary focus will be on providing 2nd-line support, ensuring high satisfaction among our clients, and collaborating with project management and product teams to resolve complex issues. You will also be required to troubleshoot problems, escalate and cooperate with 3rd-line support, perform application reconfigurations, and maintain high-quality knowledge base documentation.

This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in context-switching situations. You will be expected to take responsibility for ensuring progress on multiple issues simultaneously and provide insightful feedback on missing tools and documentation.
