Position overview

We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our friendly team of tech enthusiasts assisting customers to get the best out of their Autodesk products.

If you enjoy solving problems and helping others; if you are you passionate about customer experience and familiar with Autodesk Fabrication Products (ESTmep, CADmep, CAMduct and Revit MEP) -then we would like to hear back from you

You will be reporting to Technical Support team Manager.

We support hybrid working schedule

You will resolve customer issues reported to Autodesk by phone, web, online forums, and other channels, and documenting these for our Knowledge Base.

You may also participate in many proactive support activities such as: presenting webinars, hosting Q&A sessions on our online communities, or presenting at company events like Autodesk University.

Responsibilities  

Provide efficient assistance to Autodesk customers on a variety of issues and questions Document problems and solutions in short and clear articles for our knowledgebase Research, verify, and document product issues Manage customer expectations by providing updates on progress

Minimum Qualifications 

Experience using Autodesk Fabrication software, AutoCAD and Revit Professional experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry You must have a fluent English. German or French language is highly desired. You enjoy helping people and solve problems
